Richard Turner

Tim Greenhill

After working in a range of executive sales, marketing, finance, legal and general management roles, Tim Greenhill moved into acquiring/leading his own businesses and later into change management, strategy creation and execution, and sales effectiveness consultancy with a focus on business leadership and business re-engineering. Starting as a consultant focusing on the sales force, business effectiveness and performance and profit improvement in financial and professional services, telecommunications and healthcare / pharmaceutical sectors, (to name a few) he went on to working with Australian and Asia-Pacific’s leading institutions, in more than 15 countries. He now has over 35 years of commercial experience.

With his extensive background and expertise in organisational effectiveness and commercial business management, Tim is currently working with clients throughout the Asia-Pacific region, including Australia both in the B2B and B2C arena’s supporting their overall business objectives related to business optimisation and the development of new channels to market. His services span from business coaching to the most senior leaders in the organisation, to overall sales force planning and capability development of organisational professionals with major focus on strategy development and execution.

Apart from his focus on organisational capability to assist clients grow their business, Tim avails himself to clients to facilitate strategic planning sessions and board meetings. To this Tim has worked extensively over the last 10 years to provide Board meetings the very facilitation to allow Board members the opportunity to participate openly as he keeps board members on point and focus. As a fellow director, multiple business owner and board member himself he understands the need for board meetings to discuss strategies and business dynamics openly and yet to ensure that these discussions lead to commercial outcomes. Tim draws upon his own business experiences synthesised with global research, best practice case studies and client experiences to help executive teams and board members develop relevant and commercially viable outcomes.

In respect to Tim’s executive team and board work he has assisted enterprise, MME and SME as well as non for profit and government agencies (local and international) by facilitating and consulting to them to achieve the most appropriate commercial outcomes. Tim has and is working with clients such as Credit Suisse, Commonwealth Bank, Telstra, Deutsche Bank , Sensis, Olympus, Dun and Bradstreet, State Street, Philips, Roche, Macquarie Bank, Arrow Energy, Oracle, Willis Towers Watson, Western Union, BASF, Lloyds Bank, Canon, TNT, Dupont, Care Super, WL Gore, Orica, to name a few. In addition to working with clients as a management consultant, Tim has also been instrumental in designing and developing Business and Commercial Acumen programs drawing on his own business experiences combined with research – based content. Tim has a passion for business and a focus on assisting clients to develop the necessary strategies that link to successful outcomes throughout their organisation.

As a business owner, director, board member, educator, coach, and consultant he is a highly skilled communicator with exceptional observation and feedback skills enabling him to provide coaching for the leaders in organisations while also relating and working with functional professionals. His love of business and assisting his clients, along with his passion for travelling and working with multiple clients at all levels within their organisations, keeps his knowledge and relevance growing and fresh.
